    A written quote covering route, class, passengers and stops arrives by email, with the driver confirmed at 24 hours and the arrival sequence fixed at 3 hours before pickup.

03 Arrival

Arrival coordination, checkpoint by checkpoint

Each booking runs on a fixed schedule from the written quote to the door. These are the five checkpoints we work through on every intercity transfer.

  1. 48 h

    Route and vehicle confirmed in writing

    Dispatch confirms the route, vehicle class, passenger and luggage count, and any scheduled stops. The written quote names the vehicle, the pickup window and the planned arrival buffer.

  2. 24 h

    Named driver assigned

    You receive the driver's name, the vehicle plate and the class booked, together with confirmation of the licence category held for passenger transport. The pickup address is re-checked against the route.

  3. 3 h

    Vehicle prepared, tracking starts

    The vehicle is fuelled and cleaned and the driver sets off for the pickup point. For airport pickups, flight tracking begins here, and the pickup time moves with any delay.

  4. On landing

    Name board inside arrivals

    The driver waits in the terminal with a name board and monitors the flight number. Sixty minutes of waiting time from landing is included in the quote.

  5. At the door

    Door-to-door handover

    The driver calls fifteen minutes before arrival. Luggage is handled at both ends, and the drop-off is the street address on the booking, not a terminal or a car park.
